What to Expect

Step 1: Schedule a 15-minute intake screening phone call with a knowledgeable Intake Coordinator by clicking “Schedule an Intake Consultation Today!”.
Step 2: An Intake Coordinator will call you at the time of your scheduled intake screening to discuss why you’re reaching out and how we can help!

Although scheduling an intake screening does NOT guarantee an appointment, if Life Changes Group’s coordinators are unable to make a match, individuals will be provided a list of other resources!

Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual options.
Where are your offices located?

We have physical offices located in Massachusetts!

  • MA offices are in Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, and Boston.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes! We are currently in network with Always Health Partners, BlueCross BlueShield, Optum, UnitedHealthcare Student Resources, UnitedHealthcare, and UMR.

We are also able to accept the following out-of-network plans: Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, GEHA, Tufts Commercial Health Plans.

We are NOT contracted with Masshealth at this time.

Life Changes Group is proudly expanding our services to support our communities during the COVID-19 health crisis. Our clinicians have been trained in telehealth services to allow our current and new clients to receive the same quality individual counseling and prescription management from the safety of their own homes. Telehealth is covered by all major health insurers and our claims specialists are happy to support you in learning about your coverage and benefits. We conduct a complete telehealth intake session to familiarize you with the format and ensure that our services are the right match for your needs.
