Existing Patients can Schedule, Cancel, or Reschedule appointments via the patient portal
We have a new patient portal feature available at your clinic that allows existing patients to schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments with your provider.
- Log into your portal
- Go to the Appointments Tab
- Select Schedule Appointment, Cancel, or Reschedule
- Available for appointments 48+ hours in advance
If the appointment is within 48 hours: Go to the Messages Tab to send a message to your Clinic (or call your Clinic)
Please note: this feature may not be available for all providers and appointment types.
